All,

The diversity in TLDs are not only geographical, cultural, linguistic, the principal diversity is political. Is really more easy the gTLDs situation, than ccTLDs situation, in special in the diversity of relations with our governments. 

I think the IANA proposal need to be, simple, efficient and responsive (follow Paul message). 

beauty lives within simple things.
