Hello Greg, I don't think I understand where the "expensive" will come to
play. I agree that having many people may slow down the process (especially
if everyone wants to have a say), however I don't think that is the kind of
expense you are referring to? Just to be clear, below is what I understand
to be the role of the client team:

- Shortlist and select a legal council org (through remote based tools)
- Be on standby to answer any question requiring layman clarification on
the questions from the doc by the legal council
- Regularly update the CWG on status
- Receive final report from council and forward (without modification) to
the CWG

Considering that we have 3 variants of proposal, I think it will be logical
to recognise that you understand contract co very well, Alan has
understanding of the bylaw approach, while Chris/Paul understands
"trust"option. I don't think 6 is a big number since they will only be
responding to questions from the legal council.

On a lighter note, it may be good to define and document the role of the
client team for proper reference.
