I think i had some +1 on some of your views, was that because its you as
well or also because its childish? You can't imagine how much i have learnt
from you Milton, but that does not mean i won't disagree with you whenever
i feel convinced to do so.

Thank you for answering the question about whether its ICG rationale or
yours. Just to further clarify on my point, even though i was saying it
jokingly(ref the smiley i added). My point was that certain part of the
world going on holiday should have no effect on how ICG operates and makes
decision.

The CCWG just had a successful meeting (IMO) in Paris during the festive
period of Ed which is even a more global event.

Again i said it with "pun intended" and not mainly as an issue
