Hey Avri,
Yes I meant that the CEO would be on the board ex officio as a result of being the CEO, by that as clarification I meant that I think the CEO of PTI should sit on the board as it's not a requirement for that to be the case.
My preference would be that the CEO of PTI be in a non-voting seat yes.
Yes would like to see how other similar orgs handle these questions.

Do you also mean that this should be a non voting seat?
I think you do, but want to make sure.
I would note that ICANN has a voting CEO on its Board.
Does ISOC? How about the RIRs?
