[CWG-Stewardship] CWG 2nd Draft Proposal

Hi,

I guess I should add that the meeting with board should(must) not be a
replacement for board formerly submitting their response(if any) to the
current CWG's PC.

As Chris indicated, the meeting should be strictly informational, just like
the normal CWG webinars.
