[CWG-Stewardship] Translations for CWG-Stewardship Chairs' Foreword (aka Executive Summary)

Dear all, 

The translations for the Chairs¹ Foreword to the 2nd Draft of the
CWG-Stewardship proposal were received on Friday (attached). These
translated documents are posted in Word and PDF on the Wiki
(https://community.icann.org/x/DoQ0Aw) and will be posted shortly on the
Public Comment page
(https://www.icann.org/public-comments/cwg-stewardship-draft-proposal-2015-0
4-22-en). Language Services is continuing to process the 150-page 2nd draft
for delivery as soon as possible (expected this week).
