[CWG-Stewardship] Volunteers for DT-IPR + call today at 21:00 UTC

Dear all, 

During the DT-IPR update at the last CWG-Stewardship meeting, we noted that
the DT-IPR group was open to additional members with expertise. There is a
DT-IPR call today at 21:00 UTC and the work will move quickly, so if you
could volunteer some time, please let staff know and we will get you setup.
