A quick note of thanks 

Olivier Crepin-Leblond correctly identified our email systems were strict on TLS
authentication and we have now reduced the security level checks for emails from
ICANN and receipt of email via ICANN's automaton is now working.

I have read the archive and will be responding later today with comments.
