<p class="MsoNormal">Here is a draft document for CWG RFP Section 1. As indicated on page 7, note that subgroup members are still editing this document and that the newest subgroup volunteers just saw it today. Consequently, I do not recommend discussion
of this until the subgroup has been able to work it a little further. It should be ready for discussion in the 5 November meeting.<o:p></o:p></p>
