That model was the one where the three entities, i.e. ICANN, RIRs and IETF, would have direct contracts with and "independent" PTI. </span>You did not misunderstand the Sidley-Austin discussion draft. You are, I think, misunderstanding Paul Kane. Paul seems to be asking that the Affiliate be more like the Contract Co.<br>
