<p dir="ltr">- Since item 5 is explicitly stated, I think item 4 can commence before transition.</p>
<p dir="ltr">- I don't think 5 should have dependency on 2 unless it's PTI that is expected to work with ICANN in the development of the contract.</p>
<p dir="ltr">- On item9, I think if there will be any form of oversight/approval required, it would be the call of ICANN to carry out. That said, I don't think CWG/ICG would be in a position to perform oversight on PTI as I don't think either is chartered for that.</p>
<p dir="ltr">- I think item16 can be done before as it's basically drafting of text. </p>

<div>In relation to agenda item 3, please find attached a first draft of the CWG-Stewardship Implementation Inventory for your review and input. As you may recall, Chuck Gomes volunteered during the last meeting to provide an implementation list based on the
CWG-Stewardship proposal. Following that meeting, the ICG reached out to the CWG-Stewardship Chairs with the request to provide input on the implementation action items / schedule, ideally by mid-week this week, following which this document was developed
by Chuck. The CWG-Stewardship Chairs will reach out to the ICG to inform them that the CWG-Stewardship will review this topic during its meeting on Thursday and as such some additional time may be needed before a formal response can be provided. </div>
