Just a few notes:<br>

1. There are many Action points to be undertaken by the CWG and ICANN, but many take place under the oversight of ICG. (with a question mark) As many of the processes are internal ICANN processes, I doubt that the ICG will want to engage in their supervision.
It might be interesting to have a column that shows whether the action item itself requires intervention or involvement from any of the other operational communities.<span style="color:#1F497D"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:12.0pt"><b><i><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";color:#1F497D">[Chuck Gomes] The reason that a question mark was inserted each time the ICG was named as an oversight body is because we
really do not know what their role will be or, as you ask, will they have any at all. Clearly that is not a decision for us to make. Because the creation of this inventory was in response to a request from the ICG, the columns correspond to what they asked
for. I don’t think that would prevent us from adding another column but we might want to ask them if that would be useful to them.<o:p></o:p></span></i></b></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:12.0pt"><br>
2. Action Item #6 and #7 relate to the relationship with Verisign. Is it anticipated that Verisign will continue its contract with ICANN or will it contract with PTI? It might not be just a case of amending contracts to remove NTIA from the equation.<span style="color:#1F497D"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:12.0pt"><b><i><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";color:#1F497D">[Chuck Gomes] As far as creating this inventory goes, I don’t think we were anticipating anything particular about the Verisign
relationship. Items #6 & #7 simply identify very generic action items that are required. They intentionally do not describe how they would be implemented.<o:p></o:p></span></i></b></p>

3. Action Item #12 establishing the IANA Functions Review (IFR) is shown as being needed 2 years after transition. Should we show "or earlier if a Special IANA Functions Review is needed"?<br>
