<p dir="ltr">Thanks for your response, the intent is not to make things heavy for the group but rather to include some points that I thought were basic. </p>
<p dir="ltr">While this is an advisory group, it's an important one and it's operating principles/procedures needs to be less ad-hoc as much as possible, but I will have no major concern if my edits/comments were not finally taken. </p>
