I recall pointing out some time ago that the PTI concept would encounter the rights and expectations of the IANA employees.</div><div><br></div><div>(a)<span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>the IANA staff have every right to expect that their employment conditions would be integrally transitioned to PTI.
