<p>Does that mean the Appointee must be a technical guy who is specialized in Root Zone work?</p>

<p>How to evaluate if a Appointee could "fully represent their appointing organization's particular interest in the Root Zone"?</p>
<p>Does that mean the Appointee must be from a registry who owns gTLD strings which have been delegated into the Root Zone?</p>
