Correct. Initial drafts were produced from the IETF.<br>
We (the CWG and Sidley) reviewed these and Sidley responded with revised<br>
drafts.<br>
These are the "final" revised drafts at this point.<br>
But they have not been discussed in any detail with the other communities.<br>
