Thanks Jonathan… any chances that people will be able to share their final review of the comments tool today/tomorrow? If that is completed, maybe ICANN staff can help to get a draft of the charter…

Hope we can make a bit more progress on the mailing list… final push…

Hi everyone,

I am concerned about how much progress we can do if we wait until the upcoming call to complete the review of the comments and have another go at the charter to see what can/cannot be included there and discuss the wording.

I would like to propose that we all complete our reviews of the comments on the mailing list by 4 August and request ICANN staff can make suggestions about where to include them in the charter or not by 8 August.

That way we all will have at least a day to read both files (comments and draft charter) before the conference call on 10 August.

If we don’t make progress on the mailing list, I don’t see how we will be able to have it all finalized to share with ICANN SO/AC the week of 15 August as per the timeline attached. Or will this be postponed?
