Thanks Marika for putting this together and Alan for doing the first review. Some comments below:

On one page it says Declaration of Intention and on another one it says Declaration of Intention. Guess it is Declaration of Intention, right? My guess is that having two separate things SoI and DoI might be confusing for many. Will it be possible to have it both on one link as we discussed on the charter, for an “enhanced disclosure” or something like that?

It might also be good to say somewhere that having an interest and/or an intention will not preclude organizations to apply for whatever mechanisms is/are decided for funding allocations? That by separating the CCWG from funding allocations that will address any issues about undue influence, etc? Guess that will help volunteers to decide to join in, without excluding their organizations/projects/communities to apply? I know we discussed it, but I don’t think it is that clear on the call for volunteers. Any suggestions on a welcoming language to add?
