  Marika Konings:with Google docs there is not a single pen holder which may sometimes pose a challenge if there are many edits, but we can go either way.

  Sylvia Cadena:Yes. Suggestions is how Google calls the track changes.

  Sylvia Cadena:Just to highlight 3 things while we go through the doc: 1) conflict of interests, 2) need for expert advice, 3) need to increase participation for specific topics

  olga cavalli:in my gnso days we used a wiki for editing

  Marika Konings:@Olga - the problem with the wiki is that it doesn't allow track changes. You need to review previous versions manually to see what changes have been made. Some do use it  but in the form of comments that are made to a text on a wiki page and then the pen holder incorporates those comments.

  Sylvia Cadena:We use a online platform to structure the APrIGF outcomes document that was a wordpress plug in. I can try to find out what it was as a suggestion.

  Marika Konings:@Asha - from past experience, it is usually the CCWG that sets the timing and schedule of meetings (see deliverables & reporting), but of course the chartering organizationis can provide some guidance on this topic or make clear their expectations.

  Erika Mann:We should at least agree on  project schedule/timeline and some kind of costs management

  Asha Hemrajani:yes exactly there should be some reference to timing/schedule as well as project costs in the charter

  Marika Konings:To Jonathan's point, all other CWGs have not encountered a similar situation as the transition related efforts.

  Asha Hemrajani:@alan I meant that we should make a reference that the CCWG should come up with a workplan from the start, but not specify a project timeline

  Marika Konings:Other CWGs have met F2F, but in the context of ICANN meetings for those present or participating remotely, but with no travel support.

  Alan Greenberg:@Marika, yes, and it was explicitly recommended by ATRT and as a result explicitly budgeted. (housing per diem only).
