Dear All,

As discussed during the last meeting, please find attached the updated
ŒCharter Questions and Example Language¹ document in which we¹ve added some
input in relation to current practices and recent experiences for each of
the questions that will hopefully facilitate the DT¹s deliberations. You are
encouraged to review this document ahead of next week¹s meeting and share
your perspectives on the different questions, especially if those differ
from the identified current practices.
