Dear All,

Please note that the new gTLD Auction Proceeds CCWG session will go ahead as planned on Tuesday November 8 from 17.00 – 18.30 local time (see http://sched.co/8cy0 for further details). The objective of the session will be to brief those interested on the current state of affairs and provide an overview of the proposed charter for the CCWG so that those that are interested to join the CCWG eventually have a good idea of the expected deliverables and working methods. Jonathan will host the session and the presentation will likely follow the model of the one that was used for the https://community.icann.org/x/gh_4Aw. I hope that those of you present in Hyderabad will be able to attend the session and contribute your perspectives (and those not present will hopefully be able to do so remotely).
