<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">I wanted to provide you with a status update on the charter for the new gTLD Auction Proceeds CCWG. The current status is as follows:<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">• ASO - no objections to current charter proposal and are ready for its adoption<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">• ALAC – ratified charter on 7 November<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">• ccNSO – adopted charter on 7 November<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">• GNSO – adopted charter on 7 November<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">• SSAC - prepared to move forward with the current charter<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">No feedback has been received to date from the GAC or the RSSAC.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Those groups that have adopted the charter are now in the process of identifying members and possible co-chairs for the CCWG. Staff will now work with the co-chairs of the DT on a call for volunteers for the
CCWG which we hope to publish shortly.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
