No, I did not choose slots based on staff availability. I just went with ranges that have been popular  across time zones in the past. If you would like to suggest different times or set up another poll, please do so. 

We (staff) offer this service to help move things forward. We do these Doodle polls all the time for ICANN community calls but it's by no means limited to staff to initiate and determine. 

My understanding is that the Chairs would like this settled as soon as possible, with an update to be provided on the next CWG call on Thursday 20 August at 17:00 UTC. For that to happen, the call(s) need to take place before. Calls with conferencing services need to be booked a minimum of 24h in advance. Those are the only parameters that I'd ask you to consider should you choose to redo the poll.
