[SLE Team] Group name change

Dear all, 

The concept of Design Teams was meant to get us to submitting the proposal.
Now that we have done that (and are expecting approval tomorrow), the DTs
have served their purpose. Recognizing that the work on SLEs is ongoing, we
have changed the subject line prefix and the name of this group to ³SLE
Team². This is purely an administrative change. The mailing list address
stays the same for practical purposes.
