[SLE Team] Approved SLE

Dear all

Thanks for yesterday's call - attached is the SLE we approved last night during
the call.

I'd like us to be unanimous if possible, Jeff Newman has confirmed he agrees
this document and I am waiting on Jeffrey Eckhaus to indicate if he approves,
abstains or disagrees. 

I have written to him but no reply (yet) - if one of you know how to reach Jeff
feel free to do so.
