[DTB] DT-B - Survey Results

Maarten - let me try  a middle ground approach.  I will look at the actual results and then send a few tentative conclusions out for comment.  If we seem to have agreement on these then I can try to build a narrative report to support them.  I need an editor, so I will have lots for you to do.
