comments I feel that while valid that their DT Is going to be
looking at the technical aspect of the transition if needed,
if an internal to ICANN solution is identified then the work
of this DT may not be used in the final proposal however it is
still valuable exploratory work both for the CWG and may be
valuable to ICANN Disaster Recovery and Stability planning.</p>

Actually believe that this is valuable and important part of the
IANA functions "contract" regardless of the model - even in an
internal model this type of transition/contingency plan is necessary
- separability in some form exists in most if not all models. And
even if there were no separability the operator should have such a
plan "just in case" just like any entity providing a critical
infrastructure related service should have.<br>
