As per our discussions this morning, how about the following changes
to the proposal recommendations (attached):<br>
<br>
In recommendation 2 - if we change the word "should" to "must" does
that take care of the need to commit the parties to the development
of the plan?<br>
<br>
Then we could add as recommendation 6: <br>
<br>
<i>Once developed, the full Transition to Successor IANA Operator
Plan should be reviewed every year to ensure that it remains up to
date and every five years to ensure that it remains fit for
purpose.</i><br>
<br>
These would also be ported into the template.<br>
<br>
Does this make sense. Is the changing of the one word sufficient?<br>
<br>
