Thanks for letting us know Staffan.  As you know we scheduled this very quickly with the goal of making some progress before Istanbul.  Please review the ideas that I sent around on possible escalation procedures and send your thoughts as soon as you can.  We will talk about them in our call today.

How is your availability for a call on Friday?  I may ask Marika to do a Doodle poll for Friday.

Thanks to each of you for volunteering for working on CWG IANA DT-M (Escalation Mechanisms).

Here is some basic information:

DT-M membership as of 12 pm PDT today is:

·         Chuck Gomes

·         Avri Doria

·         Staffan Jonson

·         Erick Iriarte

·         Marika Konings will be our primary support person along with support from Berry Cobb
Membership is still open but I suspect that our work will proceed rapidly so if anyone else wants to join they should do so as quickly as possible.

Note that at my request Marika sent a Doodle meeting request for a possible one hour call tomorrow.  Please respond to that as soon as possible if you haven't already done so if anyone else wants to join they should do it as quickly as possible.

In the next few minutes I will send some information to get our discussion going online with follow-up discussion on a call.
