[DTM Escalation] CSC Escalation Discussion on DT-C

I just finished listening and watching the Adobe recording.  I found it to be a very productive meeting.  With regard to escalation procedures, note that they talked some about the internal escalation steps that I had provided a reference for from Kurt Pritz a few days ago so it might be good if everyone took a quick look at those before our call on Monday; it is only a one page document.

Just as a heads up, the DT-C CSC team met today.  At the 1 hour mark there was substantial conversation on escalation procedures, much of which centered around the chart produced by Kurt.  It will be worthy for you to listen to the MP3 to get a sense what their thinking is.  It was noted that coordination should occur between the two Design Teams.
