[DTM Escalation] For your urgent review - DT M Content Template

Dear All,

Following today's design team M meeting, please find attached the updated version of the content template incorporating the edits and suggestions made during today's meeting. Please flag any concerns you have by 14.30 UTC at the latest as we intend to submit the template to the full CWG by the deadline (18.00 UTC).

As part of its transmission, the idea would be to communicate the following:

Please find attached for your consideration the current thinking of DT M in relation to escalation mechanisms. The DT recognises the interlinkage with DT A and C and as such is conscious that further updates may need to be made as a result of the work of those DTs as well as any feedback received from the full CWG.
