Subject: [DTM Escalation] Please participate - doodle poll

Dear All,

Please complete the following doodle poll in order to schedule the next DT M meeting: http://doodle.com/6qdn53udf8hzv299. As a reminder, please review the following information which was shared last week:

The IANA Department does have the escalation process that you can share http://www.ntia.doc.gov/files/ntia/publications/icann_volume_i_elecsub_part_2_of_3_redacted.pdf, and in it, it describes the levels of escalation customers (direct or indirect) can go to satisfy they issues. Another good source to share is the ICANN bylaws, Article IV, Section 2. It addresses how a complainant can ask for reconsideration of any decision taken by ICANN.

Best regards,

Marika
