I have not managed a "red-lined" version of this document, which source is in Excel.
To answer your question, I have therefore recreated an old-fashioned "red-lined" document, attached, where changes between the version I sent yesterday (13/4/15) and the version I sent the previous Monday (6/4/15) are highlighted:

  *   additions are highlighted in yellow.
  *   Changes of wording are highlighted in blue.
The numbers did not change.

In reference to your subsequent question ("Has there been a noticeable growth in the IANA costs in the past years?"):

  *   I could answer the question adequately only by preparing the same analysis as attached for previous years and commenting on the main variances that would appear from comparing documents year on year. I also can not speak to the drivers of any variance, which could be resulting from offsetting changes of opposite directions (a growth of an expense offset by the decrease of another), driven by new activity, costs savings, changes in the complexity of existing activities, or non-recurring projects.
  *   Lacking this information, the growth of the sole direct and dedicated IANA resource costs (item [A] in the attached document) between FY12 and FY15 is moderate at approximately 4 to 5% per year (on a normalized basis).
I am working on the headcount reconciliation that we discussed separately and will provide later this week.
