ICANN and the Empowered Community Administration, rather than interleaving these communications into the general flow of correspondence that ICANN receives.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">I think its important from a transparency standpoint to not just capture communications from the Empowered Community Administration to ICANN, but to also capture communications from ICANN to the Empowered Community

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">This may not seem important now (we are up to four formal communications from the Empowered Community Administration to ICANN, and a single communication from ICANN back to the Empowered Community Administration),

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">I think this approach would be to the advantage of both ICANN and the Empowered Community, both now and in the future.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
