Forum scheduled for Tuesday, 27 June, from 0800-0900 Johannesburg time; and that the preference will be to keep presentations as short as possible, with more time given over to audience participation, Q&A and interactive discussion. Please send any comments
you may have on the slides to this list at your earliest convenience, and preferably
