Bylaw amendment regarding transference of the Board Governance Committee’s responsibility for Reconsideration Requests to a new Board committee.<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Secondly,
<b>06.59 UTC, 22 July 2017</b> – this is the expiration of the <u>24-hour period following the end of the decisional phase</u> above, by which time the Empowered Community Administration needs to notify the ICANN Secretary as to whether the amendment has been
approved by the Empowered Community, or if the approval process has been terminated due to lack of the requisite community approval.<o:p></o:p></span></li></ul>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">As you know, approval of the Fundamental Bylaw amendment requires the support of at least three Decisional Participants, with no more than one Decisional Participant objecting.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
