Community Public Forum regarding the fundamental bylaw change, in anticipation of the Board approving the ccNSO’s request for the change which the Board approved at their recent LA retreat. Is there a date and time established for this? If you are not the
correct person to ask, can you direct me to the proper person?<o:p></o:p></span></p>

(for the Fundamental Bylaw Amendment) from the ICANN Secretary.</span><o:p></o:p></p>

over both actions being covered by a single Notice, which will take the usual form of correspondence to you from the ICANN Secretary. If you prefer that each be covered by a separate letter, we will greatly appreciate it if you can let us know as soon as possible,
