So apparently, I got the time difference wrong. It seems that there is only
7hrs of time difference between California and UTC right now. So the
proposed time is 14:00 UTC (corresponding to 7am PST).

Does it mean:

?         7:00 AM – 8:30 AM UTC

?         08:00 Pacific time

Since it is not coherent (7:00 UTC can’t be 8:00 Pacific time), please give
the necessary information to make it clear for the participants.
