[Finance-sc] RESCHEDULED to NEXT week & Doodle / Finance and Budget Sub Committee call

Hello everyone,

thanks Gisella, and apologies to everyone for this, but it would have
made no sense for us to have a conference call and then for the rules of
the game to be possibly changed the next day, thus needing us to have
another conference call next week.

Tijani and I will be attending the Community Call on the FY14 Budget and
will report back to you, hopefully with some slides.
