The documents Olivier attached to the previous message have been attached. The deadline of the 28 February for the posting of RALO budget requests has been  noted.

This workspace and the deadline have also been posted on the At-Large wiki portal at: https://community.icann.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=2265510.

Staff will prepare an announcement in EN/FR/ES to be sent to the RALO lists shortly.

Dear FBSC and Staff,

as expected, we need to get this organised ASAP.

The RALO & ALAC requests WIKI page needs to be ready & publicised immediately to RALOs. I think that a deadline of 28 February for community requests to be uploaded to our WIKI is the deadline we should follow so we have a full week as a working group to consolidate them. That gives RALOs 2 weeks to file.
Please let me know if you think 1 week is not enough for the FBSC.

Also -- we need to make sure that requests are filed internally with the FBSC and it will be Staff that will send the consolidated requests to controller at icann.org<mailto:controller at icann.org> - NOT our RALOs directly.

Dear Community Leaders,

As we committed in Buenos Aires, we begin our FY15 SO-AC Community Special Budget Process effort.  This brief package provides:


·         A summary of the process for FY15 Community Special Budget requests, including a confirmed timeline for the process

·         A set of process principles to govern our request assessment work

·         A copy of the FY15 template request form.

As you can see from the timeline, we hope to trigger the ability to accept community request templates on Monday, January 6.  In preparation for that January date, please review the various documents. We would appreciate any comments or feedback you have on any of the documents.  In particular,


·         Feedback on the program process and timeline as drafted

·         Feedback on the program principles as drafted

·         Feedback on the Budget Request Template

We are currently re-building the wiki and support infrastructure to enable the early January request kick-off date.

I look forward to working with you all again on this effort for FY15.
