As you know I am travelling today.  Nevertheless, I will do my best to join
the call.

 

I note from my diary that we have a meeting scheduled for 17 June @ the same
time.

This was intended to give us an opportunity to meet again immediately prior
to the London meeting.

 

I suggest we seize the opportunity to make a final review of the
presentation and discuss any final items.
