Many thanks Jonathan for the editorial review .. Looks perfect ..

I suggest that we add the names of our great support team on slide 23 ..

I would also appreciate clarification on the following as I'm not sure I
understand what's meant by: 

-          Slide 19:  "If PDP not initiated on issue requested by AC) Option
is to request reconsideration (not used to date)" , and

-          (TBC) on slides 4,5 & 6 ..

The presentation for Sunday has been modified according to various inputs by
Marika who has helped by holding the pen.

 

I have now given it an editorial review and cut the words down, created some
emphasis through red, bold or underlined text etc.

 

If you have time, please review for substance or detail issues and feel free
to point out changes required.
