GAC-GNSO Consultation Group on Early Engagement - Team Leads Meeting

20149506 Action Items/Updates

A. Day-to-Day

1. Clarify expressions used and existing roles (as appropriate)

2. Hybrid options may be worth considering, e.g. A+F

3. Time needed to implement each option should be considered - especially
which decisions are needed from each side

4. Focus on option A as a pilot, while not excluding other options,
especially consider the PDP Liaisons as sounding board for the GNSO-GAC
Liaison

5. How to incite further comments - circulate Manal's commented version as a
working document to sollicit comments from others - Manal will circulate a
restructured version to the list 

6. Options could link to different phases in the PDP

7. Work needs to be transparent to the full groups and open for feedback 

8.  Overarching notes will be sent to the list as well -staff action

 

B. PDP

1. Document version 30 April hasn't been circulated yet to list

2. Certain overlaps with the A document

3. How to make GNSO aware of the GAC processes?

4. Further clarify the different phases in the document - presentation-wise

5. GAC awareness of GNSO webinars could be increased

6. Some of the entries in "Issues/questions" are rather proposals for
consideration by team leads

7. Tackle the phases in chrono order or backwards from WG phase? 

8. GAC Members quite unlikely to join GNSO WGs, not an effective option

9. Information overload is a problem for GAC

10. Team leads to decide how to advance this track and inform the list
