  Marika Konings:I think that part needs to be updated as the current count is 3 - as the review of RPMs Final Issue Report has now been published as well.
  Mark Carvell  GAC - UK Govt:Basically I conlcude that the QLM mechanism is working  - and on GAC side we are now familiar with issue reports. Interesting that the two issues are intersecting with new GAC modalities - i) formation of a GAC sub-group - PSWG and ii) a cross GAC coordination group on new gTLD issues. Thus issue handling is becoming more structured across the GNSO and GAC.
  Mark Carvell  GAC - UK Govt:Too early to identify improvemetns I think - need more experience.
  Mark Carvell  GAC - UK Govt:I will report where we are on this to the EU meetign chaired by Megan in Brussels on 28th
