I was hoping we could revisit a recommendation I made during the first couple of meetings we had, and that was to have a wiki space for our group. With the increasing number of documents this Consultation Group (CG) is drafting, I believe it would be helpful
to have them all available in one location for easy access. For example, the four documents and one PPT circulated by Manal regarding tomorrow’s meeting in addition to this group’s draft charter. It’s a lot easier to use than rummaging through an inbox or

Using a wiki page doesn’t pose a technical difficulty (incase that is a concern). In my (limited) experience, ICANN staff have done most of the heavy lifting when it comes to keeping them updated. They pretty much arrange the different pages on a wiki and post
