</span>As to the explanations included in the survey, I feel many GAC members may still be unfamiliar with many of the concepts used (and
<u>long textual explanations</u>, where one has to specifically click-through are probably
<u>not very helpful</u>). Therefore, in order to reach out to as many GAC members as possible, I would suggest the following:<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoPlainText" style="margin-left:1.0in"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoPlainText" style="margin-left:1.0in;text-indent:-.25in"><span style="font-family:"Courier New"">o</span><span style="font-size:7.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"">
</span>first, that more <b>visual elements</b> are included, where, for instance, the QLM is put in a
<u>visual context of the whole PDP</u> process. GAC members should be made aware of the limited scope of the QLM and that the PDP process is a much longer exercise;<o:p></o:p></p>

etc. – visual elements would again be helpful)<o:p></o:p></p>
