other ICANN grounds we may have the opportunity to continue!

All,

with respect to the DT call later today I went through the Bylaws DT - 
Input and draft responses - 30 March 2017 document providing the 
following comments:

Item Number (IN) 1:    ISPCP input was in fact "Yes" (see my E-Mail from 
13 March); no change of the DT response

IN 37:    After heaving read the related parts in Annex D it's more 
clear to me. Just leave as ISPCP input:

Is this drafting team the right body to address this? Or shouldn't these 
procedural items been elaborated by the GNSO RT which took over similar 
tasks from the SCI? A procedure is definitely needed but not of urgency.

IN 45: there's a misprint re the 2nd inputs from BC and ISPCP; just 
remove this.
