  3.  Comparison of Guideline: ccNSO Procedure for the Exercise of the Empowered Community’s rights to Reject Specified Actions to GNSO actions:
     *   Section 1.3 approval action community forum
     *   Section 2.2 petition process for specified actions; and
     *   section 2.3 rejection action community forum
  4.  Next steps/next meeting
