[Gnso-bylaws-dt] Update of 2.2/2.3 & 3.1/3.2/3.3 Guidelines

Dear All,

Following today’s call, staff have revised the proposed guidelines for 2.2/2.3 (Rejection Action), 3.1 (NomCom Director Removal), 3.2 (SO/AC Director Removal), and 3.3 (Board Recall). In light of today’s discussions, the changes are mainly related to who/how/where a Petition shall be submitted, as well as clarification on when the clock starts. In addition, staff also revised additional sections to clarify certain GNSO actions.

We would like to highlight the redline edits and comments in the following sections for your review:
