<div>I want to thank Steve, yourself, and everyone who has been on this roller coaster ride of a GNSO revision. For all of our ups and downs I think we did a pretty good job at an impossible task at an accelerated pace and we managed not to crash the train. That counts as a success in my books.</div>

<div>As you know I was appointed to represent the NCA's in this process. I'm happy to say that the result of our work has been favourably received by them. After some discussion, although they were more than happy for me to remain in my role as their representative on the DT, I have decided to step down from this position.</div>

<div>I want to wish DT members, old and new, the best as they continue to grapple with the complexities of porting our new community powers into the GNSO.</div>

First of all, you’ll find attached the Staff Report with some of the clarifications provided by the DT as well as some of the additions requested in the executive summary. The idea is that at the end of the process we’ll be able to publish this document in conjunction with the revised Bylaws and GNSO Operating Procedures to serve as the background to the proposed changes. We’ve also updated the input table so that can be used for the next DT discussion, including the Bylaw language for the remaining items as requested.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
